David S Jones – Chairman and CEO
Mr. Jones’ background has been primarily in the payments and electronic commerce industries in which he has over ten years of experience. Most recently, Mr. Jones served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Fiserv since 2004. Prior to that, David served as Vice President of Payment Strategy for JP Morgan Chase (Heritage Bank One) since 2002. Responsibilities at JP Morgan Chase included product management and strategy in the consumer payments group where he managed a $120 MM product P&L encompassing National Retail Lockbox, Regional Retail Lockbox, Distributed Payment Capture, and Emerging Payments. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Jones founded and served as the Executive Vice President of billserv, Inc., a publicly traded electronic bill presentment and payment company. During his tenure at billserv Mr. Jones also served as President of bills.com, a consumer bill presentment and payment portal. Prior to founding billserv, Mr. Jones served as an Internet Strategist at Billing Concepts where he was directly responsible for emerging technologies M&A and the development of a web based convergent billing and payments solution. Mr. Jones has served on the boards of billserv, Inc., MyFreeLD.com, and ChatterCube Inc. and organizational boards including NACHA’s Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment council, San Antonio’s Riverwalk Economic Development board and Junior Achievement’s Executive Steering Committee. David holds an Executive MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. David is also the proud father of two boys and coaches youth soccer.

Matthew P Frye – President and COO
Matthew Frye was most recently a Vice President with Online Resources (formerly Princeton eCom) managing business development and strategy for the firm’s electronic billing and payment divisions. In this role, Matthew was solely responsible for the firms channel strategy, new product and emerging technology opportunities accountable to an aggressive revenue plan. Prior to joining Online Resources, Mr. Frye was Vice President of JP Morgan’s Global Treasury Services (GTS) division based in Dallas, Texas. Before joining JP Morgan (heritage Bank One), Matthew spent a previous tenure as the head of product management in charge of biller-focused solutions with Princeton eCom in Princeton, New Jersey. Prior to Princeton eCom, Matthew headed the product development teams in San Antonio, Texas with Billserv, Inc. In that role, Mr. Frye also managed all partnerships and reported directly to the CEO as advisor on market trends and strategy. Mr. Frye is recognized by NACHA as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP). Matthew also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas. Matt and David Jones (CEO) have been innovating and building businesses in the payments industry together for a combined 20+ years.  

Brian Winfield – CTO
With over 17 years experience in Information Technology Mr Winfield has worked at a variety companies including the National Security Agency, GE, Kodak, Orbital Satellite Systems and TRW. Mr. Winfield specializes in developing commercial enterprise level architectures and has developed such diverse applications from Mission Planning Software for fighter jets to Kodak’s Retail Online Image Processing system.

Brian Spring – VP Product Development
Mr. Spring has over 10 years of experience in research and development, with degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering plus post graduate work in Computer Science and Engineering with a focus in image processing and computer vision. He has worked for various companies that include Lockheed Martin, Agilent Technologies, Hologic and Dade Behring. Excelling in system integration, Mr. Spring has created device drivers, machine control software and utilities to aid in system development and testing for commercial products. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from GPS satellites to digital x-ray systems and high volume fluid analyzers.

Charlie De Los Santos – Director Software Development
Mr. De Los Santos has a diversified background in all aspects of Information Technology. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Technology for Paymentech’s Commercial Credit Card Division which was acquired by JP Morgan Chase & Company. While there, his technology group won the prestigious Arthur Andersen Innovation Award for Technology. Mr. De Los Santos was responsible for the development of the industry leading web portal PaymentNet.Com. Prior to Paymentech, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Technology for GE Capital’s Consumer Credit Card Division. While at GE, he became a certified Six Sigma senior executive.
Mr. De Los Santos has served in various consulting roles for MasterCard, Visa, and Bank One. He has developed technology within the payment industry to automate ACH payments, web portal reporting, and has managed projects which interfaced to EDS and TSYS for credit card processing.
Mr. De Los Santos served four years in the United States Air Force, and his education background is from Texas Christian University.
